Easter Camp Cancellation Policy

At Easter Camp, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could prevent you and your family from attending our family camp event. To ensure a fair and transparent cancellation process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date of the family camp will be eligible for a full refund (minus the non-refundable application fee).

  • Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the start date of the family camp will be eligible for a 50% refund (minus the non-refundable application fee).

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date of the family camp will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Request for Cancellation:

  • To request a cancellation and initiate the refund process, participants must send a written notice via email to committee@eastercamp.org.uk. The email should include the following information:

    • Name of the registered participant(s)

    • Reason for cancellation

3. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation request.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the nominated bank account.

  • No refunds will be given for any additional services or optional activities (e.g., transportation, equipment rentals) that were booked separately from the camp registration fee.

4. Transfer of Registration:

  • If you are unable to attend the camp and wish to transfer your registration to another family or individual, please notify us at least 15 days before the start of the camp. Transfers are subject to approval.

5. Camp Cancellation:

  • In the rare event that Easter Camp is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or an insufficient number of participants, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

6. Other Terms:

  • Easter Camp reserves the right to make changes to this cancellation policy without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review this policy before registering for the camp.

By registering for Easter Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
